Saturday Morning Meditation Class

Observe Without Judgement

Guided meditation in the present moment responding intuitively to the needs of the student. Taoist, Vipassana and Zen influences focused on integrating mindful practice into daily life, Chi cultivation and grounding, Beginner's Mind and sensory awareness.

9am Pacific | 10am Mountain | 11am Central | 12pm Eastern

Group class begins Saturday, September 10th and will be conducted via Zoom. Private classes available by appointment.

Each session is inspired by what is happening now. Appropriate for all levels of experience and training backgrounds. Traditional sitting posture is not required. Excellent for people with physical disabilities and pain.

Classes are one hour and includes guided meditation and Dharma talk. You will need a private space in which you can sit comfortably.
